Getting Started¶
These pages currently cover GT5, and GT6.
Requirements¶
- Understanding how Command Prompt /
cmdworks and navigating folders with it. - Windows
- At least 30-40Gbs of space for each game that you want to mod.
- Modded Console or RPCS3. MrMario2011 Has a good guide on that subject.
- Knowing how to FTP into your console.
- If modding GT6: GT6 Mod Base to use as base - extract it later on and use it to make your mod - for 1.22/latest only.
Recommended Game Versions¶
GT5 2.11¶
GT5 2.11 is the recommended version to mod. 2.12+ adds no content and mostly fixes exploits.
GT6 1.05 and 1.22¶
The latest version of GT6 (1.22) is the recommended version to mod. 1.05 can also be used as it is the more playable version on RPCS3.
